2SER is a community radio station in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, broadcasting on the frequency 107.3 FM and is a member of the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia. The station operates as a company limited by guarantee and is jointly owned by Macquarie University and the University of Technology.
Not only does 2SER play a huge role in the exposure and promotion of truly alternative music from Sydney, Australia, and around the world, it also stands alone in its coverage of under-reported news and current affairs. Ingrained in the culture and sound of 2ser is its commitment to social justice and political change, and it makes a concerted effort to offer a voice to those in our community that are not otherwise given the chance.2SER is one of Australia's longest running community radio stations, and has been an important part of independent music, talks programs and free-thinking politics for over 30 years.2SER is an integral part of Australia’s media landscape.
